| The GREEN School & University Virtual Conference & Expo is offered FREE to all registrants, so anyone interested in attending the tradeshow or viewing any of our educational sessions is welcome FREE of charge. |
| Where do I go to attend the show? |
| Since this is a virtual event, the only place you need to go is in front of your computer! |
| Can we participate as a group from one room and with one computer or does each person need to register separately? |
| While you can register one person for the group, it would be more beneficial for the group to have each person register (it’s free no matter how many!). This will allow any of those registered to visit booths from another computer to download whitepapers, etc., while the main group is participating in any of the webinars; allow them to participate in group discussions or themed chat rooms hosted by the editors and organization leaders while the main group is focused on something else at the conference; permit them to access the on-demand event to download powerpoint presentations, etc. anytime; as well as many other benefits. It will come in particular use, for example, if the main group is participating in a webinar, but a few members of the group are involved with a group discussion from another presentation. They can go to any other computer and continue the discussion. |
