Community College of Baltimore County opens center in Owings Mills

Students will begin classes in new facility next month.

The Community College of Baltimore County has opened its newest extension center – CCBC Owings Mills. students will officially begin classes in the new building on July 8. The college says its new space is housed within Baltimore County’s new County Campus at the Metro Centre at Owings Mills, a six-story, 120,000-square-foot building. The college shares the space with the local branch of the county's public library. The extension center occupies floors four through six. It has 17 classrooms, 12 computer labs, three corporate training rooms plus a science, art and hospitality lab. Student services at the center include a student testing and advisement area, a bookstore, a cafe.
