$41.7 million Parliament Hall has opened on the Boca Raton campus

The $41.7 million Parliament Hall, a new 600-bed residence hall on the southeast end of the Florida Atlantic University campus in Boca Raton, will enable the school to get closer to its goal of having most freshmen living on campus. The South Florida Sun-Sentinel says the additional housing means FAU has space for 4,100 students to live on campus. The new facility is focused on healthful living. It has a sand volleyball court outside and a fitness center on the first floor. The main dining facility will be a restaurant focused on fresh and healthful foods.
