A former teacher at a middle school in San Clemente, Calif., has pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual misconduct with students. The San Clemente Patch says Richard Rack, who taught math at Shorecliffs Middle School in the Capistrano Unified District, admitted guilt to felonies involving three students. The plea abruptly ended a trial on the charges.
