Metal detectors weren't operating at middle school where shooting occurred

VIDEO from 11AliveNews: Officials with the Atlanta school district say that metal detectors were not operating at a middle school where a student was shot. Neither of the two detectors at Price Middle School were in use when a 14-year-old student was wounded by a gunshot Thursday. The student was treated for his injury and released from the hospital later that night. The alleged shooter, a 15-year-old student, was charged in the shooting.
