Video: DeKalb County (Ga.) district governance in limbo until fate of board members is decided

The DeKalb County (Ga.) district could face problems soon if the fate of six board members is not resolved quickly. The governor has suspended six of nine board members, but the action is on hold until a legal challenge to the governor's move is resolved in federal court.
