Wyoming set to start $30 million construction project

The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees recently selected construction managers for a $30 million project that is part of the school’s engineering initiative.

Haselden Constructors of Laramie will oversee the work on the High Bay Research Facility, which was funded half with state money and half through private donations.

The project will include a 60,000-square-foot engineering facility and a pool building expansion.

Construction is expected to begin in winter or spring 2015, with completion expected by summer 2016, the statement said.
