$110 million bond package on ballot in Norman (Okla.) district

From The Daily Oklahoman: A new elementary school, multiple classroom additions and building renovations, and extensive technology upgrades are part of a nearly $110 million bond package that voters in the Norman (Okla.) School District will decide Dec. 8. The bond issue includes two propositions: $105.58 million for improvement projects and $4.18 million for transportation needs.
