Money would enable district to overhaul all its facilities

From The Columbus Dispatch: The Groveport Madison (Ohio) district has placed a $114 million bond issue on the November ballot, as part of a master facilities plan that would overhaul all the district's schools. The plan calls for five new elementary schools; Two buildings to replace Middle School North and Middle School South; and a new building to replace Groveport Madison High School.
