Money would be used to improve energy efficiency, upgrade technology and safety

From The Adrian Daily Telegram: The Blissfield (Mich.) district is asking voters on Feb. 23 to approve a $11.9 million bond request. The proposed improvements include energy-efficient upgrades in each building, including installation of a geothermal heating and cooling system. Improved science labs, upgraded technology and safety upgrades also are included in the proposal.
