Money would enable district to carry out several facility upgrades

From The Ruidoso News: Voters in the Ruidoso (N.M.) Municipal School District will be asked on Feb. 1 to approve $14 million in borrowing for facility improvements. Among the projects that the bonds would cover: a $1.5 million upgrade of the drainage system at Ruidoso High School; a $1.2 million upgrade of technology; and a $3 million improvement at the district's middle school
