FromThe Detroit News: Two Detroit Public Schools employees convicted of stealing money from the district have been ordered to pay restitution. Maria Starkey Roscoe, a former financial specialist at for the school system, must pay $42,021 in restitution. Sandra Carter, former teacher's aide, must pay $14,007 in restitution.
