Voters in the Willow Run and Ypsilanti districts will decide in November on consolidation proposal

From The Detroit Free Press: Voters in the Willow Run and Ypsilanti school districts in Washtenaw County, Mich., will decide in November whether the two struggling school districts should consolidate. The Ypsilanti and Willow Run boards decided at a joint meeting to put the question on the Nov. 6 ballot. Both districts are operating with deficits, have poor-performing high schools and have lost hundreds of students in recent years.
