Bonds would pay for high school upgrades not covered by state funds

From The Billings Gazette: Carbon County (Wyo.) School District 1 has placed a $26.5 million bond proposal on the Nov. 8 ballot. The money would pay for improvements not covered by the state at the new Rawlins High School: an aquatics complex and more space for after school and vocational programs.
