$37 million budget set for freshman residence hall at Stephen F. Austin State University

From The Nacogdoches Daily Sentinel: The board of regents at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, has approved a $37 million budget for a freshman residence hall and parking garage. The parking garage will be ready by Aug. 20, and the residence hall should be open by the fall of 2011.
