From The Bonham Journal: The Bonham (Texas) district is asking voters on Nov. 3 to approve a $40 million bond proposal that will provide upgrades to every district campus. The major elements of the proposal call for additions to expand Bonham High, L.H. Rather Junior High/I.W. Evans Intermediate School and Finley-Oates Elementary.
