School will add a kitchen and lunch room

From The Minot Daily News: Voters in the Velva (N.D.) district have approved a $4.4 million bond issue that will pay for a school addition and renovation project. the project will consist of a new kitchen and lunch room area, handicapped accessible restrooms, renovation of the school's vocational agriculture facility and a gymnasium.


AUGUST 2010...from The Minot Daily News: Voters in Velva, N.D., will be asked to approve a $4.4 million bond proposal on Sept. 14 to pay for an addition to the school. The 22,000-square-foot project would add a gymnasium, update the vocational and agriculture education departments, add handicapped-accessible bathrooms, and renovate the school cafeteria so it complies with the American with Disabilities Act.
