$70 million business facility under construction at University of North Texas

From The Denton Record-Chronicle: The University of North Texas in Dentonhas broken ground on a $70 million Business Leadership Building. The 180,000-square-foot building is projected to open for classes in fall 2011, with four floors, 220 offices and 24 classrooms. The building will include energy-efficient and resource-conserving features. Along with providing more space, the building is designed to foster cross-collaboration across several disciplines. The architect is Polshek Partnership Architects.
