120,000-square-foot facility would rise at State University College of Environmental Science and Forestry

From The Syracuse Post-Standard: State University College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, N.Y., plans to build an $86 million academic building to house its largest department. The college has designed a 120,000-square-foot facility that will serve as the new home of the Department of Environmental and Forest Biology. The first phase of construction will consist of a four-story building costing $44 million. The second phase will consist of a six-story building costing $42 million.
