From The Detroit News: The Chippewa Valley (Mich.) School district is seeking approval on Feb. 23 of an $89 million bond request. The money would enable the district to make improvements in 23 buildings districtwide. The proposal would upgrade security, enhance classroom technology and improve energy efficiency.
