Lawsuit challenges Rhode Island law preventing sex offenders from living near school

From The Providence Journal: The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a Rhode Island law that makes it a felony for registered sex offenders to live within 300 feet of a school. The lawsuit contends that three plaintiffs face homelessness if the law is enforced against them.
