New Mexico district seeks $6 million to fix facilities

The Alamogordo (N.M.) district is seeking voter approval of a $6 million bond issue. The money would be used to upgrade failing sewer and water systems; fix inefficient heating and cooling systems and leaking roofs; and improve inadequate high school athletic facilities.
