Anchorage voters approve plan to replace middle school

Voters in Anchorage, Alaska, have approved a $65 million bond proposal that will enable the school district to tear down and replace Clark Middle School. At 48 years old, Clark is old and run down. It's had few renovations over the years. Its offices are drab, its labs outdated. Voters also approved a $20 million bond proposal that will pay for district-wide maintenance projects.
