Texas district asks voters to approve bonds for new high school

The Angleton (Texas) district has placed a $139.9 million bond proposal on the Nov. 6 ballot. The funds would enable the school system to buy land for and build a new high school and an agricultural center. The bonds also would pay for stadium improvements, a new field house and technology upgrades.
