Four charter schools approved in Arkansas

From Arkansasnews.com: The Arkansas Board of Education has approved four charter schools proposed by school districts. The board heard no opposition to the creation of the conversion charter schools in the Osceola, Cross County, Lincoln Consolidated and Warren school districts.
