Ascension Parish (La.) district prepares to open 3 new schools

From The Baton Rouge Advocate: Three new schools in the Ascension Parish (La.) district are getting ready to begin classes in August. They are Spanish Lake Primary, Central
Primary and Lakeside Primary. The
Ascension Parish school system has opened eight schools in the past
seven years. And more schools are expected as the parish’s population
continues to grow.
