State can't document spending at 2 charter schools
From The Cleveland Plain Dealer: The sponsor and former management company of two Cleveland charter schools should help repay more than $100,000 in undocumented spending, the Ohio state auditor says. Audits call for prosecutors to recover money from the Ashe Culture Center, which sponsors Phoenix Village Academy Primary 2 and Phoenix Village Academy Secondary 1, and the Greater Educational Services Center, the schools' former management company.
