From The Youngstown Vindicator: The Austintown (Ohio) district has placed a bond proposal the May 4 ballot that would pay for construction of two new elementary schools. The measure would raise about $27 million of the estimated $50 million to build the new schools, which would replace five older ones in various states of disrepair.
