Baltimore County district will build elementary to serve Mays Chapel area

From The Baltimore Sun: The Baltimore County (Md.) school board has voted to build an elementary school in the Mays Chapel section of the county despite angry opposition from neighbors. The 700-seat school is estimated to cost $20 million to $24 million and is expected to open within two to three years to relieve crowding in the area.
