Baltimore Hebrew University merges with Towson University

From The Baltimore Sun: The Maryland Board of Regents has approved a partnership that closes Baltimore Hebrew University and merges it with Towson University. BHU and its 55 graduate students, seven instructors and a library of about 70,000 volumes will move a few miles northeast to the Towson campus. BHU was forced to merge because of declining enrollment and rising costs, but officials at both institutions are celebrating the partnership.
