Union University receives more than $3 million to help repair Tornado damage

The Southern Baptist Convention has donated more than $3 million to disaster relief at Union University in Jackson, Tenn. A tornado slammed the university campus Feb. 5, destroying much of the campus housing and doing major damage to other academic buildings. Total damage was estimated at $40 million.
