City says school needs more water lines to accommodate required bathrooms

From The Las Vegas Sun: The new Silver Sands Montessori Charter School in Henderson, Nev., has almost everything it needs to open its doors in August: students, teachers and an office building in a Henderson executive park. What’s missing is the $27,000 the city wants to hook up the additional water lines for the additional toilets required to satisfy the health code. The latest hurdle is threatening plans to open the campus in August.
