Bonds approved in South Carolina district

Voters in the Beaufort County (S.C.) district have approved a $162.7 million bond issue. The money will enable the district to build two elementary schools and two early learning centers. The district also will build a a 650-seat auditorium at one high school and a physical education facility at another high school.
