New entity plans to build 1,440-student campus
From The Boston Globe: The city of Beverly, Mass., has agreed to take part in a vocational school district that will build a comprehensive new vocational school in the region. The 1,440-student school would be created through the merger of the North Shore Technical High School and the state-owned Essex Agricultural and Technical High School, and the addition of the Peabody Veteran Memorial High School’s vocational program. Beverly's participation enabled the district to reach the threshold needed to come into existence.
