$98.9 million plan would pay for upgrades at 17 schools

From The Indianapolis Star: Voters in Perry Township (Ind.) district will go to the polls Nov. 3 to decide the fate of a $98.9 million renovation plan. The referendum calls for updates to all 17 schools and academies, most of which are decades old. Nine buildings date to the 1950s and '60s.
