Bonds rejected in Wahoo, Neb.

Voters turn down $6.6 million plan


The Wahoo (Neb.) district has failed to win approval of a $6.6 million bond proposal. The funds would have paid for a 750-seat performing arts center at the high school, new fire sprinkler systems in the high school and middle school, new band and vocal music rooms, an update of science rooms, and a resurfacing of the high school track.
