Colorado district puts $125 million proposal before voters

Brighton (Colo.) School District 27J will ask voters on Nov. 4 to approve a $125 million bond issue. The funds enabled the district to build two new elementary schools and a career tech center high school. The money also would pay for upgrading technology and acquiring future land and water rights.
