Southwestern College in Chula Vista looks at November ballot

Officials at Southwestern College in Chula Vista, Calif., are considering placing a bond measure of as much as $388.6 million on the November ballot to construct new buildings on its main campus, repair and upgrade old buildings and buy land for future satellite sites.
