California district is seeking $98 million bond Centinela Valley wants to replace portable classrooms, pay for high school performing arts center
TheCentinela Valley (Calif.) school board has placed a $98 million bond measure on the November ballot. If the bond measure passes in November, the money could be used to pay off the costs of completing the performing arts center at Lawndale High School. The district would also replace more than 60 portable classrooms with two-story buildings to accommodate the district's growing population. To read The Daily Breeze article, click here.
