California district seeks funds for middle school construction Plumas Lake district schedules $20 million bond election

A $20 million school bond will go before voters Nov. 4 in the Plumas Lake (Calif.) School District. The bond would enable the district to build a new middle school. The district has lost enrollment since the end of the California real estate boom, but officials believe the community will add students as the housing market improves.
