Sweetwater Union district would build administration center in downtown Chula Vista

The Sweetwater Union (Calif.) High School District is proposing a new headquarters in downtown Chula Vista and wants the city to help pay for it. If the city and the district agree, Sweetwater would build a $40 million headquarters for about 250 employees
