Campus police fatally shoot graduate student in California

From The San Bernardino Sun: A 38-year-old graduate student at California State University San Bernardino was fatally shot by campus police at a student housing complex. The student, Bartholomew Williams, was shot five times by two police officers in the University Village student complex. Campus police officers had been trying to take Williams in for a psychological evaluation. As they placed one handcuff on one arm, a fight broke out.
