$46.8 million proposal calls for new high school and performing arts facility

From The Wenatchee World: The Cascade School District, based in Leavenworth, Wash., is asking voters on Feb. 8 to approve a $46.8 million bond proposal. The money would pay for a new high school, a performing arts auditorium, and improvements to the elementary schools, Icicle River Middle School, Discovery alternative school and sports facilities.
