Central (Okla.) district fails to pass bond proposal

For the third time in nearly two and a half years, voters in the Central (Okla.) school district have rejected a bond proposal. The district had been seeking $1.6 million in bonds. The money would have been used to construct a gym, a science building with six new math and science classrooms and a modern science lab.
