Ruling in South Carolina could mean more funding for Charleston charters

From The Charleston Post & Courier: Charter schools in Charleston, S.C., have notched a major legal victory in terms of the money and services the school district must provide them, but their fight might not be finished. A judge's ruling could mean that millions of dollars would be taken from neighborhood schools and given to charter schools. But some school officials say they still don't think the judge has resolved the crucial question: What should a charter school receive from the district?
