Charlotte-Mecklenburg (N.C.) district offers superintendent job to Nevada administrator

From The Charlotte Observer: TheCharlotte-Mecklenburg (N.C.) Schools has offered its superintendent job to Heath Morrison, who now leads the Washoe County (Nev.) district in Reno. The Charlotte district has been looking for a permanent replacement for Peter Gorman, who resigned last year. Morrison has led the Washoe County district since 2009. Before that, he worked as a teacher and administrator in Charles and Montgomery counties in Maryland.
