Charter operator opens 2 schools in Dallas

Heights Preparatory and Laureate Preparatory are run by Uplift Education

From The Dallas Morning News: Charter school operator Uplift Education has opened two schools in Dallas. Heights Preparatory has 150 sixth- and seventh-graders enrolled and is part of an initiative intended to improve opportunities in West Dallas. Laureate Prepataory has 120 students in kindergarten through second grade and will have a science theme, working closely with the Dallas Museum of Nature & Science. Both schools will eventually be kindergarten through eighth-grade campuses.
