From The Philadelphia Inquirer: After being named as the charter operator of Martin Luther King High School in Philadelphia, Mosaica Turnaround Partners says it is withdrawing from the plan. State Rep. Dwight Evans had expressed his displeasure to the School Reform Commission about the choice of Mosaica Turnaround Partners to convert the high school in East Germantown into a charter school.
