Charter school offered space in Encinitas, Calif., elementary

School has been housed in church since it opened last year.

A charter school designed for gifted students has been offered classrooms at Ocean Knoll Elementary School in Encinitas for the coming school year. The Theory Into Practice (TIP) Academy has been house in a church since it in September.
