From The St. Paul Pioneer Press: One of Minnesota's oldest charter schools will close at the end of the calendar year. Unable to secure a loan to stay afloat, Skills for Tomorrow Charter High School in St. Paul will end operations halfway through the school year, becoming the first charter school to fail financially this year.
